During this time of unprecedented uncertainty, we here at Sandpiper Heating & Air, LLC are concerned about the safety and well-being of our employees and also you as our customer. Our hearts are with those who have been affected personally by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as the many communities around the world that are facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow its spread.

We want to assure you that we are closely monitoring developments with respect to COVID-19, including information and guidance published by healthcare authorities around the globe.

With this said, we are operating and maintaining normal operations.

Following CDC guidance to institute training and preventative measures to reduce the chance of infection in the workplace, the following precautions have been implemented.

  • Social distancing with customers; when possible.

  • Employees who are able are to work remotely, do so

  • Mandating that any office staff or HVAC technicians stay home if feeling ill

  • Thoroughly sanitizing work areas multiple times per day

  • Using hand sanitizer regularly


Our sales reps, HVAC technicians, and electricians will continue to visit and provide estimates, HVAC maintenance and diagnostic / installation work as usual, with the new precautions in place.
