If the work has been approved and you have a work order number, the authorization agreement is the form that finalizes the project. It documents the scope that was quoted and confirms both sides are working from the same terms before the crew is scheduled.

What Happens Next
Once the agreement is signed and financing is settled if you are using it, the office schedules the work.
