An Energy Savings Agreement involves one of our technicians coming out twice a year, once in the spring and then again in the fall, to clean your air
conditioning and your heating system. This will help keep your energy cost down and prolong the life of your system.

 Clean your indoor and outdoor
coils
 Check air flow
 Clean filter grills
 Check electrical and mechanical
components
 Check refrigerant pressures
 Clean condensate drain lines
 Inspect condition of ductwork
 Replace filters provided by
homeowner
